Services for Non-profit Organizations
The Community Foundation offers a variety of services to
non-profit organizations:

Fundraising Services
Charitable Agency Funds
Placing an endowment with the Community Foundation
relieves the organization of internal accounting and external reporting.
It also increases an organization's opportunities for maximizing returns,
and ensures long-term growth.
An agency fund is created by establishing a contractual
agreement between the Non-Profit and the Foundation, outlining how funds
will be administered and disbursed. Upon contractual agreement, the
assets are transferred to the Community Foundation for its administration.

Strategic Planning
A good strategic plan is key to organizational and fundraising success.
Strategic planning allows organizations to identify strengths and
weaknesses, and to determine the next steps of development.
The Community Foundation staff lead organizational staff, board members, and
volunteers through an intensive four to five hour discovery session.
The data from the session is analyzed and developed into a comprehensive
strategic plan with proposed action steps to drive organizational
development. Please contact the
Community Foundation regarding fees for this service.
