Investment Partners Program
A trusting relationship with a good investment manager can be hard to find. For clients who have such a relationship with an existing investment manager, the Investment Partners Program is the perfect vehicle. Over $8.0 million at the Community Foundation is invested through this Program.
We engage your manager in a partnership in which they continue to invest the monies that are in your named Fund. The Community Foundation handles the administrative tasks such as issuing checks, accounting functions, and providing philanthropic consulting.
You simply designate a professional investment manager and the Community Foundation works out the details on your behalf.
The fee for using the Investment Partners Program varies based on the investment management fee negotiated between the Community Foundation and your investment manager, plus an administrative fee based on the following fund balances (min.$180.00):

Administrative fees are assessed monthly based on the average daily fund balance.
