Project Fund Details
Project Funds are special funds developed between the Community Foundation and an agency. An example of a Project Fund is a Capital Campaign or any other special project where the agency needs to raise funds. The Community Foundation provides back office support for donor records, gift acknowledgement, and can act as fiscal agent for fund distributions

Our Investment Practices
All funds are pooled with the charitable resources of over 500 other families, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Pooling funds provides greater potential for better returns at a lower cost. These assets, currently valued at more than $73.0 million, are spread over a broad group of investment classes to ensure a balanced portfolio.

Basic Fee Services
The administrative fee for all basic services is currently 2.50%. Administrative fees are assessed monthly based on the average daily fund balance.  (Minimum of $625.00 annually.)
