The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership Committee supports the Foundation’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment of diverse thought, perspectives, and individuals. This group of thoughtful leaders will guide and oversee the Foundation’s efforts to continually grow and improve its understanding, policies, and actions through a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) lens to ensure the Foundation is making progress towards its DEI goals both internally and externally within the community.

Made up of community members representing a wide range of perspectives and identities, this committee is chaired by a member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors and staffed by its Director of Equity and Community Initiatives.
