and Disabilities

Providing older adults and people of varying abilities with the support they need to maintain independence has short-term and long-term implications for their overall health and wellbeing and facilitates prolonged contribution to the community.

COMMUNITY ACTION

By partnering with other funders, we direct dollars toward programs and services for our aging community so they can have independence — and the dignity that comes along with it. We also work to identify and highlight the disparities impacting older adults and disabled persons, so that work happening in other key areas such as housing, mental health, and transportation, will include solutions that meet their specific needs.
