Eligibility
Applicant must be a legal resident of Brown County or have previously resided in Brown County for at least five years. Applicant must be a student in good standing after completing one or two years of law school.
Award Criteria
Application requires submission of applicant’s resume and statement of career objectives. Scholarships based on:
- law-related community service
- student activities
- career objectives
Amount
Typically $1,000 for one year

Administration
It is Community Foundation policy that all portions of the scholarship process be completed by the student applicant. If we learn that any part of the process is not completed by or the work of the student, the application may be removed from consideration or an awarded scholarship revoked.
Application Procedure
- The application process will take 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The system times out so SAVE your work often!
- You’ll need your most recent high school transcript saved as a PDF for easy uploading.
