Helping you make an

impact

We share our knowledge and connect you to valuable work being done throughout the community. Here’s how:

Amplifying Community needs

The Community Foundation invests in research to connect you to what is happening in our community and how it is changing so you can continue to make a meaningful difference.

Explore Community Needs →

Local Granting Opportunities

Local Granting Opportunities (LGOs) combine your grantmaking with ours, resulting in meaningful investments in our community. LGOs are offered four times per year through the donor dashboard.

Capital Campaigns and Community Initiatives

Two times per year, we will inform you of local capital campaigns and community initiatives that we’ve had the opportunity to vet. If you’d like to support any of these campaigns or initiatives, you may do so by making a grant to the organization.

Donate from your IRA

If you are age 70½ or older, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) up to $105,000 annually to a variety of non-advised funds at the Community Foundation, including our collective funds, tax-free. QCDs are not taxable income and can potentially satisfy some or all of your annual required minimum distribution (RMD).
