Creating pathways from homelessness to supportive housing
The Greater Green Bay Community Housing Initiative Task Force was formed to create a blueprint to prevent and end homelessness in our region.
OUR ACTION PLAN
Building upon the community’s established work, and in partnership with a national housing and homelessness consultant, this action plan will be the community’s roadmap to prevent and end homelessness.

A plan for lasting change
“The Blueprint is a roadmap to preventing homelessness. And when we can’t prevent it, making it rare, brief, and non-recurring. That’s a real possibility, so long as community members and organizations keep coming together to collaborate and all work toward the same common goal.”
-Lydia Van Thiel, Blueprint Implementation Project Director
