Nonprofit Impact Initiative Capacity-Building grants

Capacity-building grants help nonprofits strengthen how they operate by investing in the core behind-the-scenes structures that support strong leadership, effective mission delivery, and long-term organizational health.  With support from Bader Philanthropies and Brown County United Way, within each cycle, there are grant dollars specifically allocated to support organizations led by people of color and those serving populations age 60 and older.
