September 3, 2024 – The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation is now accepting applications for more than $2 million in grants aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of communities in 24 Eastern Wisconsin counties. The funds are available through the Common Ground Healthcare Foundation.
Last year, Common Ground Healthcare Foundation launched a grants program in collaboration with the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation to support community organizations in helping people overcome health or financial obstacles.
“We are fortunate through our Foundation to support the Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative’s mission of putting members first and pursuing better healthcare,” said Melissa Henderson, Common Ground Healthcare Foundation Board President. “We are inspired by the valuable community programs that provide assistance to those in need. We hope our grants will help these organizations make a positive impact on the health and happiness of the communities they serve.”
CGH Foundation is committed to funding programs and initiatives that promote health and wellness in communities where Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative members live, work, learn, and play. Eligible programs must serve at least one of the following Wisconsin counties: Brown, Calumet, Dodge, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Jefferson, Kenosha, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Milwaukee, Oconto, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Racine, Shawano, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha, Waupaca, Waushara, or Winnebago.
