Nonprofit Impact Initiative awards $82,148 to strengthen nonprofits serving Northeast Wisconsin
Announcing the spring 2024 capacity-building grant recipients
June 12, 2024 – The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation awarded $82,148 in capacity-building grants to organizations in Brown, Door, Kewaunee, and Oconto counties through the Nonprofit Impact Initiative’s spring grant cycle.
Capacity-building grants focus on supporting the long-term health and sustainability of each organization by funding tools and opportunities that enhance nonprofit management, strategic planning, and fundraising capabilities. This support positions organizations to better meet the evolving needs of the communities they serve.
In partnership with Bader Philanthropies and Brown County United Way, within each grant cycle, there are general grant dollars available along with specific funds to support organizations led by leaders of color and those serving populations age 60 and older.
